• 講師プロフィール：
  ジュリアン・バジーニ氏は、The Philosopher’s Toolkit(2002;日本語訳『哲学の道具箱』2007)、The Ethics Toolkit (2012)など、一般向けの哲学書で世界的に知られるイギリス在住の哲学者であり、ジャーナル Philosopher’s Journalの共同創設者・編集主任。
  
  今回は、最近注目をあつめている”philosophy of food”（食の哲学）をテーマとした近著のThe Virtues of the Table: How to Eat and Think (2014)について講演していただき、「文化としての日本食」について考えてみたい。

  Julia Jansen
  2002年よりカレッジ・ユニヴァーシティ・コーク（アイルランド）講師。　ドイツ（チュービンゲン、マールブルク）でも哲学を学び、ニューヨーク州立大学ストーニーブルック校でエドワード・ケーシーなどのもとで哲学博士号取得。カント、フッサール現象学、美学などの分野で数多くの論考を精力的に発表している気鋭の研究者。
