The Department of Lingusitics is located in the ROKKO Campus. The nearest station is HANKYU ROKKO. You can reach the department either on foot or by bus from Hankyu ROKKO Station. If you choose the former option, walk in the North direction (Rokko mountain side) two traffic lights up and take right at the second traffic light. Proceed for about a minute and to your right you will come across the entrance to the buildings for the Faculties of Letters, Agriculture, and Natural Sciences. Proceed through the entrance and in a minute you will reach the Faculty of Letters building, in which our department is found.

Alternatively, you can take the Kobe city bus number 36 from Hankyu ROKKO station and get off at the second bus stop called "BUNRI NOUGAKUBUMAE" stop. It's less than 5-minute ride. You need to pay when you get off. Bus stops are announced in Japanese. You can get change on the bus. The stop is right nest to the entrance to the buildlings for the Faculties of Letters, Agriculture, and Natural Sciences. Follow the instructions above to reach the department.

If you take JR line, get off at ROKKOMICHI station. The bus stop is right in front of the station. Take Kobe city bus no. 36 from there. This bus will pass by Hankyu ROKKO station. Follow the instructions given above to reach the department.
